Join our acro workshop : 1 block of intermediate Icarians a whips/ whippop’s + 1 block of dance acro open level, this will be dynamic standing moves that also work for same size.

12:30 – 14:30 → Whips & Icarians
Dive into dynamic acro techniques with pops, throws, and flowing transitions.
Prereqs: Tarzan - whip from bird to bird & handspring - pop from reverse star to throne (with light spotting)

15:30 – 17:30 → Dance Acro
Explore fluid lifts, expression, and connection through movement.
All levels welcome – we’ll adapt to the group.
