Thai yoga massage is a deeply restorative practice. It re-balances the body and our entire being in itself or after an intense solar Acroyoga practice. It allows both giver and receiver to slow down, to be fully present and to share the healing art of mindful touch, allowing touch to become a way to release, quiet down and activate the parasympathetic nervous system. Often here we witness the beauty of META, the practice of love and kindness, observing how it brings a sense of connection, a sense of belonging and a sense of being taken care of. This honest and gentle space is often filled with magic and deep transformation, with joy and expansion.

Thai Yoga massage combines deep compressing, rhythmic pressing, and assisted stretching or yoga poses to relax the whole body and still the mind. It is a dry massage given without oil that does not require skin-to-skin contact, so the receiver remains clothed. It is an ancient healing technique that dates back 2,500 – 7,000 years.
