Besides all the amazing training this retreat was created with the aim to provide the space for deep connections to unfold, the program is varied and rich and invites each one to share from the heart, to play like a child , to create and have fun, to chill and enjoy, to have a beautiful experience and a surprising adventure. We will move consciously, learn mindful touch through Thai massage & sing and have dance parties and many other surprises.

Besides your own accommodation, all guests have access for free to all shared spaces: Biopool, Sauna, Canteen, Meditation Temple, Chill out Panoramic Solarium, Terrace, stone oven, natural amphitheater lounge and all 71 hectares of the ranch, hiking trails, creeks.

Nestled in 71 ha of nature and privacy, Monte Orada was created with the aim of expanding health and proposing purposeful transformational moments.

If you love nature, healthy & organically grown food and are looking for peace, tranquility, soul nourishment, this is the place to be.

Located at Portugal's Southwest Atlantic Coast, bordering Algarve, Orada combines an amazing host, spectacular wild Surf beaches and the authentic countryside tranquility of Alentejo. This isolated evergreen valley creates an abundant oasis where two creeks come together, as a womb to nourish an ancient lush forest and wildlife vistas.

As a permaculture inspired retreat center with the aim of health and transformation, Orada provides delicious and nutritious vegetarian food which comes mostly straight from the gardens. Organic greens and herbs are grown in the mandala gardens, as well as pines, cork oaks and arbutus berries. The menu is consciously prepared to be healthy and balanced, nutritious and tasty using seasonal products.
