Finally here is the series you all have been waiting for: A full and complete program of advanced acroyoga skills, that will give you exciting new tools, a bigger technical awareness, and lots of softness and fluidity to your acro practice.

You'll be coached by certified AcroYoga teachers on exactly what you want and need. Enjoy a guided program with lots of time for free exploration.
This series are taught by Inez Almeida & Collective team : Misko, Jolien, Stefano & Carles . Guest teachers might feature as a surprise .
Be aware : you need to have done the previous intermediate series to be able to join this one, or have talked directly to the teachers.
Welcome to the new AcroYoga Series !
We will get to dive deep into many aspects of the practice:
* strong foundations for flows and complex washing machines
* decomposing advanced transitions and making then easy
* building the core and full body strength for acro
* find regularity into your handstand practice
* learning and refining higher level dynamic skills - pop's and Icarian's and whicarians
* growing safely the whips and whip-pops world and vocabulary
* unlock your h2h's , l-base and standing .
* have a taste of AY Montreal style techniques and unusual creative moves.
* getting in touch with the healing lunar aspects of Thai massage and therapeutic Flying
Prerequisites
Please note that to apply you must be able to demonstrate the following pre-requisites or have completed our previous series.

Comfortable in L-base foundations : star, rev.star, side star, shoulderstand & walk overs
experience with basic Icarians, straight throws , bird to bird.
