Cancelation Policy

Cancellation policy for classes, workshops, trainings, and treatments is as follows:

For cancellations made by the participant of a class, workshop, training, or treatments are 100% refundable until 14 days prior.

For cancellations by the participant within 13 - 7 days prior, 50% of the price is refundable; during the last six days, 25% is refundable.

Cancellations by the participant within 24 hours before the workshop, training, class, or treatment are not refundable.

A €25 administration fee applies to all cancellations.

If you have paid for the class, workshop, training, or have scheduled a treatment and do not come without giving notice you are considered a “no-show”. In this case, the price for the class/workshop/training/treatment is non-refundable.

The payment and cancellation policy for retreats is as follows:

A non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total price is required to secure a place at the retreat.

The remaining 60% of the balance is to be paid one month before the start date.

Cancellations from 1st until 23rd of the calendar month before the start date get a 30% refund.

Cancellations 10 days before the retreat are not refundable.
