AcroYoga Retreat

  • Amsterdam Netherlands (map)

Nature, AcroYoga community, and connection—these are the three ingredients for a wholesome weekend where we'll connect with different communities across the Netherlands, learn and grow in practice, all surrounded by a beautiful nature.

With workshops at various skill levels and four expert teachers to guide you, we'll transform this reclusive cozy location into an Acro Paradise for the weekend!

Join us for a summer weekend in July on our beautiful place, open to everyone regardless of skill level, age, or gender. With six workshop sessions, plenty of time to play and rest, we'll create the perfect environment for connecting with yourself and others in a relaxed, fun atmosphere.

The retreat features six 2-hour workshop sessions with 4 different teachers, 3 teacher-guided jam sessions, a Cacao and therapeutics session and dancing around the campfire. All classes accommodate both beginners and advanced Acro yogis.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the accommodation options?

Choose between shared room in a spacious indoor area or camping with your own tent.

Can I choose whom I share a room with?

Yes, let us know your preference and we'll arrange tent sharing accordingly.

If I choose Camping, do I need to bring my own camping gear?

Yes, Camping participants need to bring their own tent and all necessary sleeping gear.

Can I come if I'm a beginner in AcroYoga?

Absolutely! While classes target intermediate/advanced practitioners, our teachers will help adapt techniques for beginners.

Do I need to come with a partner?

No, you'll make friends during the retreat. We typically work in groups of 3 or 4 during workshops.

What is the general level of the workshops?

We expect mostly Intermediate/Advanced participants and will adapt to the group's level. With four teachers, everyone will find appropriate challenges. Since AcroYoga depends heavily on working with others, bringing a partner of similar skill level can help meet specific training goals.

Can I join for just a day?

No, this is a 4-day retreat focused on group dynamics. The location also makes daily transportation impractical.

Is the food included?

Yes, enjoy three freshly prepared vegan meals daily!

What if I have an allergy or diet restriction?

Note any dietary requirements in your registration form, and our kitchen will accommodate them.

Why is there a difference in price?

We want to make the retreat accessible to our community while covering our costs. We offer two price points and trust participants to choose based on their means.

What is included in the price?

All meals, accommodation, transportation between nearest train station and the retreat centre, workshops, and classes.

Is this a children friendly retreat?

While we love children, this event and its workshops aren't suitable for kids.

Can I bring my pet?

No, the place cannot accommodate pets.

What is the cancellation policy?

Contact us immediately if you need to cancel. You can transfer your ticket or receive a refund (minus admin fee): 85% before June 1st, 50% between June 1st and July 1st, no refunds after July 1st.
